I'm so sorry everyone ... if you are working from the "reading and problems" that was posted before this evening (Sat) you are missing this suggested reading:
B&B 28.1 - 28.7.
Should you care? Maybe not, as you can get almost every "must read" topic without it. That being said, it has a few unique topics (metastability, Gibbs phase rule, symmetry).
But if you are short on reading time ... please know that there is only one section which directly applies to a homework problem. This is approx 1 page long. It's B&B Section 28.6 on "colligative properties".
