I agree that it may be difficult teachers to implement culturally sustaining pedagogy. It requires teachers to do some research on their students’ cultural background which may involve interviewing parents and exploring their geographical areas. Due to academic pressures, teachers tend to rely on English and math focused curricula to improve test scores but this limits the opportunities for EBs to practice agentic learning in topics they are passionate about.

We should make an effort to prioritize accessibility of technology when it comes to education and other situations. I also agree that technology could create an accessibility gap. I wonder why the School District of Philadelphia shifted toward anti-AI pedagogies.
