Border Songs folder

Contents:  songs by Sweet Honey in the Rock ("Are We a Nation?"); Margaret Randall reading her poem "Offended Turf" while Glenn Weyant "plays" the metal fence with instruments; Calexico, "Across the Wire."

All mp3s from the 2012 CD Border Songs, A Collection of Music and Spoken Word to benefit No More Deaths/No Más Muertes.  Proceeds for the album support a humanitarian group that places water in the Arizona desert and provides migrants with food and medical assistance.  Also included:  "Are We a Nation?" lyrics; a link to Randall's lyrics and accompanying photos of the border; Calexico's "Across the Wire" lyrics; and further information about the Border Songs and No More Deaths/No Más Muertes projects.
